Being a ghost severely limits her; she can talk into your mind but reading it takes a lot more effort and she can't influence people unless she straight up possessed them, which is stressful for everyone involved so she'll only do it under dire circumstances. Telekinesis is generally limited to small objects and obnoxious poking.

She's basically a fragment of the Phoenix Force so that gives her a boost if she legit has to fight someone. (And if shit's really going down she can summon more of it, but it still hasn't healed yet so that's risky.)
